Koala Products is a subsidiary of ASC & P, Intl.  

Started in 1988 by ASC & P Intl., they saw a need for products to care for and maintain plastic and vinyl products found in most automobiles.  ASC & P was not satisfied with the products commonly available so they set out to manufacture products that would not just cover over dirt, scratches, and hazing - but actually repair and renovate the parts.
